Cancer and Gemini Relationships And Love Match ? Can They Last …

Report by Marian Rocelyn

Following Gemini and Cancer arrive collectively in an adore affair, it may possibly be a instead curious connection. Sensitive, emotional Cancer has difficulty communicating plainly, but obvious communication is what defines Gemini. Gemini?s chivalrous naturel and silver tongue may nicely encourage the Crab to get there out of its shell more just than normal Most cancers, in turn, can educate Gemini to slow down and enjoy the globe, which the frenetic Twins hardly actually eat time to do. If Gemini appears to ignore Cancer or does not offer them with as much reassurance and intimacy as Cancer wants, situation could possibly ensue. These two Indicators approach the globe in these sorts of numerous manners that they ought to be in a situation to recognize and take one another?s variations. Most cancers is the Sign of house and fireplace, even though Gemini will be the thinker. Gemini can easily slip into the position of Cancer?s knight in shining armor Cancer returns that favor with their characteristic urge to shield the ones they love. Top quality of residence life is vital to Most cancers, and Gemini will likely be spoiled by their Most cancers lover?s hearty residence cooking, soft bed as nicely as other creature comforts. Cancer is strongly intuitive and maintains an virtually psychic connection with their liked ones, but can are likely towards possessiveness and idealization of their Gemini lover.

If Gemini just reassures Most cancers that they are loved and cherished, all will go smoothly. Gemini is ruled by the Planet Mercury (Communication) and Cancer is dominated by the Moon (Emotions). Cancer tends to preserve their emotions bottled up inside as they have dilemma expressing by themselves. They envy Geminis their gift of open up, obvious conversation afforded by the impact of Mercury. Gemini, in turn, can advantage from Cancer?s intuitive approach, so a selection of from Gemini?s bubbly, area nature Cancer can educate Gemini to gradual down and recognize daily life instead than passing by the really excellent points in their hurry to have for the subsequent new thing.Gemini is an Air Indicator and Most cancers is typically a Water Signal. If these a pair of Symptoms can perform together they can be an excellent team subsequent all, the most conclusions are developed by incorporating the emotions as well as the intellect. The problem for these a few of lies in studying to cooperate. They arise from these kinds of reverse details of watch that at moments it can seem as if they just have totally nothing at all in typical.

Deep, emotional Most cancers can also at times dampen Gemini?s airy enthusiasm, and gentle, quickly-paced Gemini can go away Most cancers feeling ruffled, even tattered. Harmony can also be accomplished if they study to speak brazenly with a solitary yet another. Gemini is truly a Mutable Signal and Cancer is typically a Cardinal Signs. Gemini is adaptable, willing to go with the movement and comply with another?s lead Cancer is an initiator and likes to provide that lead. Gemini may possibly perhaps try to direct by turning into brave, even confrontational for it to run easily amongst these two, they every single have to find out when to back again down and let another lead the way. What?s one of the most factor from the Gemini-Most cancers relationship? As soon as they recognize they are allies, they can soar to excellent heights together. Gemini is often pondering forward and Cancer is quietly supporting these tips driving the scenes. Each and every partner?s potential to offer what the other is lacking produces theirs a fulfilling relationship.

How To Make Money With Google Adsense ? How You Can Do It Too

How To Make Money With Google Adsense ? How You Can Do It Too

Most of my revenue online comes primarily from Google?s Adsense. There is no doubt that with a little more optimization you too can make an amazing income with Adsense. Small blogs, and websites are making money with JUST using adsense!

There are many ways to make money with adsense, and many unique techniques have been discovered and are being applied every single day. I?m going to share with you some of these techniques that?s helpping me make over $ 50 per day. That?s not a lot, but I started out just like you, with little to 0 earnings. Anyone can make money with Adsense.

1) Ways to make money from Adsense by Distributing articles through Ezine and Press Releases
One effective method of increasing adsense revenue is simply increasing the number of targeted visitors that visit your adsense-content page. The more targeted traffic you get, the higher the click throughs, and the more adsense revenue you will receive. To increase adsense revenue you will have to distribute EzineArticles and press releases. These get spidered by Google bots, and so long as you leave a link back to your page, people will be able to find your page easily and your adsense revenue will go up. You can create a group for targeted people, some popular groups include google groups and yahoo groups.

You need to remember to submit only relevant information to the content on your site, so that when visitors come to your site they will be able to accurately relate to the information and possibly find more information through the ads.

When posting to Groups, your ad headline needs to be Attention demanding. Simply saying ?Adsense Money Walk through? is not enough. You need to say ?How to Make Money With Google?s Adsense?. These users read lots of mails daily so you need to force them to want to open your mail and read for more information.

2) Ways to make money from Adsense by writing free articles to high

traffic article sites
Publishing to different ezine articles can bring A LOT of good traffic. I personally write articles myself, or you can use people to write them for you. If you notice, you probably came to this page through google right? Well the amount of users coming to article pages are increasing and this can provide you with the perfect opportunity to drive them to your website later on. You need to make sure your articles are free of grammatical errors and are easy to read and offers good content information. If you simply write about something irrelevant the amount of targeted traffic to your site will decrease and your revenue will suffer. Only write for targeted audience, and this will boost your Adsense Income. The chances that someone will visit your site and click on your adsense ads will increase.

3) Ways to make money from Adsense by Using A Viral Marketing Website and Adsense-Based Articles
Any online marketing technique that involves the use of referral marketing or viral marketing automatically has a huge chance of being a success. The net is ideal for viral marketing and in fact gives any viral marketer huge leverage. Viral marketing or referral marketing is one of the most effective ways to make money online. Hotmail had a signature line at the bottom of their mail offering free email and soon 40,000,000 people signed up, and hotmail spent nearly 0 on advertising! Every Hotmail message that went out had a brief signature at the end requesting the recipient to sign up for their free Hotmail account. Within a few short months, Hotmail had millions of users. And there are many other amazing stories which viral marketing boasts of on the net.

Ringtones are one of them, and they work amazingly well. The ringtones cellular industry enjoys the nice income they make. When your friends call you they hear it, and they want to purchase it too! More money for the ringtone makers.

There is one of the very simple ways to make money from Adsense by going viral. Give out free products, put a Tell A friend script on your site, and post funny videos if approppiate. These will encourage a lot of people to spread information on your site.

3) Ways to make money from Adsense By Offering your online skills for valuable Adsense keywords

Not all keywords were created equal and this is a fact. Some of my credit card consolidation pay as high as $ 10 per click while my proxy pages pay a mere $ .01-$ .05. Adsense simply pays more for better keywords.

In the old days, before the invention of money, if somebody needed something, the first question they asked themselves was; ?What is it that I already have that I can exchange for what I need? Barter trade seems to have been forgotten but it is a very powerful method of trading. More so online where people have plenty of skills but are slow to trust others enough to send them money for an item they need.

You can trade whatever it is you have, your knowledge, products or services, and exchange them for valuable Adsense keywords. Valuable Adsense keywords are the most effective way for a small site with low traffic to earn big cash from Adsense. And you can do this barter trade on an ongoing basis so that you always have a constant supply of valuable Adsense keywords which you can use at your site or blog as one of the ways to make more money from Adsense.

Think about it, if you own a proxy site, the word bypass pays about 10x more than ads about proxies since the proxy market is so saturated. I also try to target the key terms ?proxy host? which pays me about $ .25-$ .30 per click which is ALOT more than the regular Adsense terms. These are valuable adsense keywords.

I hope you will make lots of money with Adsense and experience great results. I let my sites run, and Adsense brings me about $ 50-$ 60 per day. You can do this too and I encourage you to follow the link in my resource box below to learn about other money making techniques.

NASA’s ER-2 completes MABEL validation deployment

ScienceDaily (May 5, 2012) ? NASA’s high-flying ER-2 Airborne Science aircraft has concluded its four-week deployment to validate data acquired by the Multiple Altimeter Beam Experiment Lidar (MABEL) laser altimeter over the Greenland ice cap and surrounding sea ice fields.

After an almost 10 and one-half hour transit flight from its deployment base in Keflavik, Iceland, NASA ER-2 pilot Stu Broce landed ER-2 806 April 27 at the Dryden Aircraft Operations Facility at Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, Calif. The lengthy flight from Iceland included data collection by the MABEL instrument over a portion of broadleaf deciduous forest in Wisconsin. The ground support and science crew that supported the flights returned several days later.

“We completed 100 percent of the science flights,” said Broce, noting that they were able to acquire data on several additional ad hoc targets that were not in the original plan. “The weather cooperated, the plane worked well as did the science instruments.”

The ER-2 flew more than 100 hours on 16 flights in the MABEL validation campaign, including 14 data collection flights over Greenland and surrounding sea ice areas and two transit flights between Keflavik and its home base in Palmdale. Several of the flights were conducted concurrently and on the same flight tracks as flights of other NASA environmental science aircraft involved in the Arctic IceBridge campaign in order to compare data being recorded by the MABEL with instruments on the other aircraft.

Broce had one word to describe the areas of Greenland over which the ER-2 flew: desolate.

A former Air Force pilot, Broce had not flown in this area of the world before the MABEL mission. He noted that one flight took him to 84 degrees north latitude where, he commented, the sun is at a very low angle.

Targets of the flights included wide areas of Greenland’s ice sheets and surrounding sea ice fields, the Jacobshavn, Svalbard and East Glaciers, and a volcano in Iceland.

NASA ER-2 research pilot Tim Williams, Dryden’s senior representative on the deployment, noted that more than 5.5 terrabytes of data was collected by the MABEL laser altimeter, the Cloud Physics Lidar and other instruments on board the ER-2 during the mission.

MABEL was developed at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center to simulate a similar instrument planned for NASA’s IceSat-2 environmental satellite that is scheduled for launch in 2016. Scientists consider laser altimetry from satellites or aircraft to be the most accurate method of gauging changing elevations over a period of time, and thus determine the thickening or thinning of Arctic or Antarctic ice fields and sea ice related to climate change.

Flight and science team members participated in a number of public and educational outreach activities during their stay in Iceland, including briefings on MABEL and IceSAT-2 during a speech on climate by Iceland’s president, to the U.S. ambassador and embassy personnel, and to middle- and high-school students, the University of Reykjavik and the Keiler Aviation Academy in Keflavik.

Sudan says South Sudan troops inside its territory

KHARTOUM (Reuters) – Sudan‘s army accused South Sudan on Saturday of having troops on its territory, a sign tensions between the former civil war foes were unlikely to cool despite an international ultimatum to end fighting.

Sudanese army spokesman al-Sawarmi Khalid said the military would abide by a U.N.-backed African Union call to halt hostilities, in an effort to end weeks of border fighting that has threatened to escalate into a full-blown war.

But Khalid said the army had a right to defend its territory from foreign troops.

“We have committed to (the decision). And no shot has been fired from our side and no attacks or raids have been launched … towards South Sudan,” Khalid told Reuters.

“But we have to point out that we are still affected by the presence of the South Sudanese army inside our territories in some areas,” he said, naming Kafen Debbi and Samaha in south and east Darfur.

South Sudan’s army, the SPLA, denied the allegation.

“(Kafen Debbi) was used by … militia to attack us. And these are inside western Bahr al-Ghazal, which is part of our territory,” SPLA spokesman Philip Aguer said.

Fighting along the 1,800 km (1,200 mile) border erupted weeks ago after several rounds of failed talks to resolve disputes over oil revenues, border demarcation and citizenship.

The dispute has been marked by bellicose rhetoric from both sides as well as claims and counter-claims that are difficult to verify because of limited access to the border areas.

Sudan, which was Africa’s largest country before the South gained independence in July, sits atop some of the continent’s most significant oil resources.

South Sudan has accused the Sudanese army of launching air strikes and ground attacks on its territories over the past weeks, but Sudan has denied these allegations.

The United Nations has condemned the air raids, and on Wednesday the Security Council passed a resolution threatening both sides with sanctions if they failed to comply with the African Union road map to start talks.

“We affirm completely we have no airplanes nor bombardments that have attacked inside South Sudan’s territories, even before a month ago. These are just accusations,” Khalid said.

SUDAN SAYS HAS RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENCE

Sudan’s foreign ministry said in a statement it had informed the African Union and the Security Council of its commitment to halt hostilities with South Sudan.

But if they failed to persuade South Sudanese forces withdraw from Sudanese territory, Sudan’s “armed forces will find themselves forced to use self-defense to expel the aggressor forces,” the statement said.

Aguer said on Saturday militiamen allied to the Sudanese army had defected after they were ordered to attack an oilfield in the Upper Nile state.

“They changed their mind and joined the SPLA,” Aguer said from the southern capital Juba. “They were part of SAF (Sudanese armed forces) and joined us with 250 of their men, 10 vehicles, seven of which were mounted with heavy machineguns.”

Khalid denied the allegation.

Sudan lost three-quarters of the oil after Juba’s secession under a 2005 deal that ended two decades of civil war between the north and south.

Heglig, an oilfield that the South seized last month before withdrawing under international pressure, provides Sudan with about half of its 115,000 bpd output.

Last month Sudan arrested a Briton, South African and Norwegian, along with a South Sudanese soldier whom authorities said had illegally entered the Heglig area and accused them of being spies for the SPLA. South Sudan believes Heglig is part of its territory.

Khalid said the foreigners were still under investigation.

“Their mere presence in that area is suspicious. That is what led to their arrest,” Khalid said.

The United Nations has said the four were carrying out demining work.

“It is possible (they could have crossed by mistake) but we cannot believe that just because they said that,” Khalid said.

Protein signal is crucial for accurate control of insect size

Saturday, May 5, 2012

Two independent groups of researchers have identified a hormone that is responsible for keeping the growth and development of insects on track. The results, which are reported in the journal Science, suggest that Dilp8 provides an important signal to slow body growth and delay insect development. This braking effect is an essential part of normal development since it allows sufficient time for tissues to form and the correct body size, proportions and symmetry to be achieved.

“The important question about the control of animal size is knowing when to stop,” said EMBO Member Maria Dominguez, lead author of one of the papers and Professor at the Institute of Neurosciences in Alicante, Spain. “To achieve the required precision in the control of growth, organs within the body of an insect must be capable of sensing their own size and communicating their dimensions to other organs in the body and to the endocrine system.” She added: “Our work with Drosophila suggests that growing organs and tissues produce a secreted peptide known as Dilp8. This hormone coordinates the growth rate of different organs in the body and is capable of delaying important developmental steps such as metamorphosis. In healthy flies, this additional time is essential to ensure that functional tissues are established and for organs to reach normal size. It also ensures that organs maintain perfect bilateral symmetry.”

Dominguez and collaborators examined tumours in the eye discs of Drosophila, parts of the insect body that go on to generate fully formed eyes in mature adult flies. Developing flies often adjust growth and the timing of metamorphosis to compensate for the disturbance induced by tumours or injury. The researchers wanted to investigate if a shared molecular signal was responsible for these observations. “Our work identifies Dilp8 as a signal that communicates the growth status of tissues as well as local responses to recovery from injury and cancer,” said Dominguez.

EMBO Member Pierre L?opold and collaborators from the Institute of Biology Valrose at the University of Nice, France, identified the same protein using a different experimental approach. “We used a genome-wide RNA interference approach to look for Drosophila gene candidates that might be involved in coupling growth with the timing of development. Out of 11,000 genes that we tested in our genetic screen, only one was able, upon silencing, to rescue the delay in development induced by conditions that perturb tissue growth. This candidate gene corresponded to dilp8, which is exactly same gene identified by Dominguez and collaborators.”

The expression of the dilp8 gene reduces tissue growth, which suggests that in addition to its role in preventing the hormonal induction of metamorphosis, dilp8 could act by slowing the growth of healthy tissues to stay synchronized with slow-growing tissue.

Until now, little information at the molecular level has been available about how organ growth is monitored and coordinated with the timing of development in insects and other complex organisms. Dilp8 appears to be part of the molecular machinery that helps tissues to grow and develop at the right pace.

Sloppy shipping of human retina leads researchers to discover new treatment path for eye disease

Sloppy shipping of human retina leads researchers to discover new treatment path for eye disease

Saturday, May 5, 2012

Sloppy shipping of a donated human retina to an Indiana University researcher studying a leading cause of vision loss has inadvertently helped uncover a previously undetected mechanism causing the disease. The discovery has led researchers to urge review of how millions of dollars are spent investigating the cause of a type of age-related macular degeneration called choroidal neovascularization.

Working at IU’s Biocomplexity Institute, postdoctoral researcher Abbas Shirinifard had hit a brick wall trying to develop detailed computer simulations of the behaviors and interactions of the cells and membranes composing the rear of the retina and its supporting vasculature. In choroidal neovascularization (CNV), blood vessels that supply the eye with oxygen and nutrients and originate in the choroid just behind the eye abruptly break into the retina and disrupt it. Blindness can follow in a matter of months.

Two current treatments for CNV either kill the invading blood vessels with drugs injected into the eye (also damaging the retina and killing needed blood vessels as well) or laser-heat the blood vessels, which can cause damaging retinal scars. Yet with 9,000 research papers published on CNV over the past 10 years, neither treatment still addresses the underlying problems that cause the blood vessels to invade, so relapses are common and many patients still lose vision within a year or two.

A serendipitous accident in which a donated human retina from an eye bank was severely shaken during shipping inspired Shirinifard to try again with a series of new simulations. Upon examination of the eye, Shirinifard and Biocomplexity Institute senior microscopist Sherry Clendenon found that regions of the retina with invading blood vessels had separated from their underlying membrane, while regions that had stayed attached showed much less invasion, suggesting that adhesion might be an essential but overlooked mechanism in maintaining the retina’s structure.

Using an open-source modeling software program called CompuCell3D developed by the Biocomplexity Institute in collaboration with the University of Washington and the University of Wisconsin under National Institutes of Health funding, the team quickly began extending existing simulations to study the effects of adhesion defects.

“The simulations showed that reduced adhesion in the retina could indeed lead to its invasion by blood vessels,” Shirinifard said. “But the complex structure of the retina meant that many types of adhesion could be important — the three most prominent being between the pigmented retinal cells (the black lining of the eye) and Bruch’s membrane (the substrate that supports the retina), between adjacent pigmented retinal cells, and between pigmented retinal cells and the overlying photoreceptors.”

Those variables, the team realized, could be independent of one another or interact in complex ways, and knowing that the rate and type of progression of the disease varies greatly from patient to patient, they needed to examine many examples of each adhesion combination.

That’s when Quarry, the IU computer cluster operated by the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology, was called in to push out 32,000 hours of calculations.

“We were able to model the interactions of different degrees of impairment of each type of adhesion and the variation from case to case,” Shirinifard said. “Amazingly, these simulations were able to replicate the complex spectrum of CNV seen in the clinic.”

Simulations of adhesion defects caused by reduced adhesion between pigmented retinal cells and Bruch’s membrane — the type of CNV typical of aging — produced a pattern and frequency of invasion agreeing with that in the clinic. Similarly, reduced adhesion between neighboring pigmented retinal cells, typical of inflammation due to severe infection, produced a pattern of invasion agreeing with that seen in young adults.

By combining thousands of simulations, Shirinifard was able to produce maps that related defects in each type of adhesion to the risk of each type of invasion. In turn, he could show that cell adhesion is key to keeping blood vessels out of the retina and that combination defects in the different types of adhesion are sufficient to determine the probability, pattern and rate of progression of CNV.

The full results of one of the most complex tissue evolution models ever deployed were published today in PLoS Computational Biology, and while the team has yet to move toward developing new CNV therapies, the work should have great significance in the search for better therapies, according to Biocomplexity Institute Director James Alexander Glazier, a co-author on the paper and professor in the IU Bloomington College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Physics.

“Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent annually to develop drugs and treatment approaches based on the two commonly hypothesized CNV initiation and progression mechanisms,” he said. “Because the current work shows that neither hypothesized mechanism is an important cause of CNV, that money and effort are extremely unlikely to improve outcomes for patients. Scientists have been barking up the wrong tree. Instead, a search for therapies which restore normal adhesion in the eye is much more likely to produce effective treatments. In addition, the detailed agreement between simulation and clinical observations suggests that new approaches to measuring adhesion in patients would allow much more accurate predictions of the prognosis for individual patients.”

The researchers believe these results will also have a much broader impact, as they apply to any tissue — like the gut and the lung — in which a basement membrane separates a capillary network from a nearby epithelium.

“The relationships between specific classes of adhesion failures and the types and dynamics of CNV in the eye simulations should carry over to the neovascularization-dependent pathologies of those tissues and to invasion of those tissues in cancer progression,” Shirinifard said.
